Return Policy:
If a product is defective upon arrival, please contact me regarding a replacement or a refund. Non-defective products can not be returned.
Cancelling an order:
If an order has not yet shipped, you may contact me to cancle an order and recive a refund. Once an order is shipped cancelling said order is no longer possible.
Preorder products can not be cancelled at any point.
Preorder:
Products marked as >preorder< will be shipped at a later date. Updates will be on my socials and can be requested through email.
If an order includes a preorder product the entire order will be sent at the later date. Should you want the items to be shipped seperatly, please place seperate orders.
Shipping:
Orders will be shipped in a timly manner, latest a week after placing the order. That excludes preorder products.
Should you want to place an additional order, before your order has shipped, you can contact me to recive a discount as to only pay the shipping fee once.
Names/Nicknames:
Please leave your chosen/preferred name in the notes if it differs from your legal name. Thank-you-cards will be personalised with your name. ^-^
